The first look of Dhurandhar was unveiled on Ranveer Singh’s birthday, July 6, instantly creating a buzz around the Jio Studios and B62 Studios venture among the industry, trade, and fans. Now, excitement is building as the film’s next promotional asset is set to launch in the coming weeks. Bollywood Hungama has exclusively learned some intriguing details about this upcoming release.
As per a source who shared, “The first look featured a version of the song ‘Jogi’ aka ‘Na De Dil Pardesi Nu’. The Diwali asset will showcase another recreated version of the song, but this time it’s more fast-paced, with visuals edited to match that energy.”
The source added, “While the first look introduced the world of Dhurandhar, the Diwali asset will offer a deeper glimpse into this world and its characters. However, like the first look, it will not include any dialogues. The makers want to build on the momentum without revealing too much about the film.”Further, the source noted, “The Diwali promo will prominently highlight Ranveer Singh’s massy, never-before-seen avatar.
Other key actors such as Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, R. Madhavan, and Arjun Rampal will also be featured. The makers are extremely excited about how the film is shaping up and are eager to share these glimpses with the audience. Contrary to some industry rumors, Dhurandhar is firmly set for a December 5 release, with post-production progressing at full speed.
