Censor Hurdles Cleared: Sanjay Dutt’s ‘Aakhri Sawal’ Locks May 15 Release; Trailer Out Tomorrow

The road to the theaters has finally been cleared for Sanjay Dutt’s highly anticipated historical drama, Aakhri Sawal. After a brief period of uncertainty regarding its certification, the makers have officially announced that the film has received CBFC clearance and is set for a pan-India release on May 15, 2026.
To mark the resolution of these hurdles, the production team unveiled a striking new ensemble poster and confirmed that the film’s official trailer will be launched tomorrow.
Overcoming the Censor Standoff

“Tomorrow, the nation will witness the truth. The wait is over — the most awaited trailer drops tomorrow. #AakhriSawal Trailer out tomorrow. Get ready to know the answer on 15th May only in cinemas.”
