BTS World Tour ‘Arirang’ Heads to Indian Big Screens via PVR INOX

Indian BTS ARMY, prepare your lightsticks. PVR INOX, the country’s leading multiplex chain, has officially announced exclusive screenings of the BTS World Tour ‘Arirang’. This cinematic event will offer fans a front-row experience through live viewings and select re-broadcasts of the group’s massive performances in Goyang and Tokyo.
A Premier K-Pop Destination
The release of ‘Arirang’ follows a streak of blockbuster K-pop screenings at PVR INOX, including Yet to Come in Cinemas, Burn the Stage, and the 2025 HYBE Cine Fest. By securing the license for this tour, the multiplex chain continues to cement its role as a hub for youth culture and experiential entertainment in India.
“BTS is more than just a musical act; they are a global phenomenon,” said Mr. Aamer Bijli, Lead Specialist at PVR INOX. “By bringing the ‘Arirang’ tour to our screens, we are providing a communal space for fans to celebrate their idols with best-in-class sound and visual technology.”
The Rise of the Concert Film
PVR INOX has noted a massive shift in consumer behavior, with Gen Z and urban professionals increasingly seeking immersive, shared experiences. Previous BTS screenings in India have consistently sold out, often requiring the addition of extra screens to keep up with the passionate demand from fan groups.
