After completing an intense 50-day shoot in South America, the enthusiastic team behind White has arrived in India to wrap up filming with grand plans. Dario Yazbek Bernal, a hugely popular actor in the Latin American (LATAM) region and brother of international superstar Gael Garcia Bernal, joins the cast alongside acclaimed Narcos Director of Photography Juan Carlos Gil. Juan Carlos, along with a large international crew from Jaguar Bite (Colombia), has traveled to Bengaluru for the next phase of the shoot.
White draws inspiration from one of Colombia’s largest internal civil conflicts and the remarkable resolution that followed, sparked by the intervention of Indian spiritual guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.Presented by Siddharth Anand—known for blockbuster hits like Pathaan, War, and King—the film’s team is reportedly gearing up for a major international release.
Talking about the film, it is directed by ace ad-filmmaker Montoo Bassi, White is produced by Siddharth Anand’s Marflix Pictures and Mahaveer Jain Films, in collaboration with Peacecraft Pictures and BroadVision.
The film is set to highlight key milestones from Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s life, showcasing his teachings on peace, global harmony, humanitarian efforts, and conflict resolution. With a star-studded international crew enhancing its storytelling, White promises a nuanced and inspiring cinematic experience.
