The return of Karan Johar’s chat show, Koffee With Karan, has been stirring up a storm in the media. From reported invitations to Kangana Ranaut and Kartik Aaryan to the buzzworthy opening episode featuring Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, the show has been captivating audiences for various reasons. The latest episode, featuring Ananya Panday and Sara Ali Khan, saw the actresses discussing their respective breakups with Kartik Aaryan.

It’s worth noting that both actresses were briefly linked to Kartik Aaryan while he was filming Love Aaj Kal 2 with Sara and Pati, Patni Aur Woh with Ananya Panday. Their open discussion about their breakups on the show did not sit well with Kartik Aaryan. Here’s how he has responded to the situation.

A palpable tension has existed between Kartik Aaryan and Karan Johar since the actor’s abrupt departure from the production of Johar’s film Dostana 2. While the reasons behind Kartik’s exit remain undisclosed, the two have since patched up their differences and extended a gesture of reconciliation. Despite this truce, Kartik opted not to appear on Johar’s chat show, Koffee With Karan.

However, he became an unexpected topic of conversation during the episode featuring Ananya Panday and Sara Ali Khan. When prompted by Johar about their ability to maintain a friendship despite having dated the same person, both actresses referred to Kartik.

Kartik Aaryan has finally broken his silence on Sara Ali Khan’s comments about their breakup on Koffee With Karan. In an interview with Film Companion, the actor expressed his disappointment with Sara for discussing their personal relationship on a public platform.

“I think it’s not right for someone to talk about their relationship,” Kartik said. “If things don’t work out, it’s okay. But when you’re with someone, you don’t imagine it to be like that. You don’t imagine that it will end. I think you should respect that time, that moment. I think you should also respect yourself. When you talk about it, the other person is not just thinking about you, they’re thinking about both of you.”
