Wiki : Soha Ali Khan originally known as Soha Ali Khan Pataudi is an Indian film actress. She comes from the family of Nawab of Patudi the known Cricketer of his time. Her mother Sharmila Tagore has been known one of the best actresses of Indian Cinema, while his father was the youngest captain of Indian Cricket team. Her brother Saif Ali Khan is an established actor in Bollywood, while her elder sister Saba Ali Khan is a professional Jewellery designer. She is among the youngest in her family and lives with Kunal Khemu (the Bollywood actor) and is in a committed relationship since past few years. She did her schooling from The British School, New Delhi and then headed to Oxford to study modern history at Ballio College wherein she got her Masters degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Biography : Before Soha Ali Khan entered into her movie career, she was seen working with Ford Foundation and then at Citibank. Still she is involved in a number of activities apart from doing films like serving over the Advisory Board for a couple of new projects of the public business group called Res Publica. Also, she has modelled for the chain of boutiques in India called Globus for its spring and summer collections. She made her acting career in a movie called Dil Maange More in 2004 wherein she worked with Shahid Kapoor, Tulip Joshi and Ayesha Takia. She later did a Bengali movie called Antar Mahal in 2005, which gave her critical reviews, while her role in Rang De Basanti in the year 2006 led her applauds for her character of Sonia.
The other movie Khoya Khoya Chand made her successful being the part of a successful actress. In the year 2009, she was seen in 99, which was also a big hit and she got positive reviews about her performance in the said movie. Her next was Tum Mile wherein she played with Embrak Hashmi, which wasn’t a big hit. She later got positive reviews for her incredible performance, while her upcoming movies Mumbai Cutting and Chaarfutiya Chhokare. Apart from acting she is also involved in a couple of things, which include the lifetime membership of International Film And Television Club of Asian Academy of Film & Television. She was awarded as the Hyderabad Women of the Decade Achievers Awards from the ASSOCHAM Ladies League for Being the Nobel Ambassador for Women’s Empowerment in India. She has bagged a number of awards for her movies as well including IIFA Awards for Best Supporting Actress and GIFA Awards for Best Supporting Actress for the movie Rang De Basanti.
