Kim Sharma biography and Filmography :
Kim Sharma made her Bollywood entry in the Aditya Chopra directed Yash Raj films’ Mohabbatein which was a multistarrer blockbuster of 2000. The actress played the role of bubbly Sanjana who is the love interest of Jugal Hansraj. The film had few other new comers besides her. Before she was selected for the role by the Yash Raj team, Kim had appeared in various commercials that included Sunsilk, Pepsi, Tata Safari, Ponds, Fair & Lovely, Clean-n-Clear and Liril . Kim’s peppy and bubbly charm was her biggest positive and she played similar characters in films that followed. She played the lead role in the triangular story Tumse Acha Koun Hain in which she was paired opposite new comer Nakul Kapoor. The film was a flop. Her next notable role was in Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor starrer Fida in which she played the role of Sonia, Shahid’s friend who falls in love with him. Kim was also seen in a small role in Sajid Khan’s Heyy Baby. The actress acted in a series of less known and flop films that includes Padmashree Laloo Prasad Yadav, Yakeen, Taj Mahal: An Eternal Love Story, Tom, Dick, and Harry, Zindaggi Rocks, Nehlle Pe Dehlla, Money Hai Toh Honey Hai,
Kim was born on 21 january 1980.She did item numbers in the film Deshdrohi and later in telugu films Anjaneyulu, Magadheera. Yagam and Sinam were her Telugu and Tamil films respectively. Kim last appeared in a Hindi film LOOT in the year 2011. The film was a comic thriller which starred Govinda, Sunil Shetty and Javed Jaffry.
While all her Bollywood career was sinking, Kim remained in news for her affair with the celebrated cricketer Yuvraj Singh. The two dated each other for few years and later parted ways. Kim was reportedly dating Spanish singer Carlos and there was also news of her marrying him secretly. Then finally in 2010, Kim married a Kenya based Businessman Ali Punjani in a secret ceremony.
