Plastic ban has been often a challenge in India when it has been the primarily polluting agent in the country. However, despite all the effort the ban on plastic often remains temporary and people continue to use it for obvious reasons. People from different quarters have been voicing against the use of plastic and have voiced for a complete ban in the country and B Town is no exception. Well, they have time again voiced against it as we hear Dia Mirza speaking about when she was seen becoming the UN Environment Goodwill Ambassador. Let’s check the 5 Bollywood actors who stand for Plastic Ban as under:
1). Alia Bhatt
One of the B Town actresses is Alia Bhatt who is against the use of Plastic. She was seen tweeting about the same when she announced that she is switching from plastic to metal based utensils including bringing out the steel bottles instead of plastic ones as it takes 400 years for a plastic bottle to decompose.
2). Aditi Rao Hydrai
The gorgeous actress also was seen talking against the use of Plastic in her personal life. She then tweeted asking her colleagues like Swara Bhaskar, Diana Penty and Rajkummar Rao asking to shun the use of plastic.
3). Juhi Chawla
The yesteryear actress who is known for her smile on her face is also seen joining the crusade when she said that she is participating an event by UN against river pollution and then called people to join her for the cause against plastic use.
4). Arjun Kapoor
He was also seen joining the crusade against the use of plastic when he came on microblogging site to express his views on it. He said it takes just few minutes to replace your plastic bottle with a metal one which is not just environment friendly but also a convenient option.
5). Dia Mirza
We have already discussed about her participation against the menace when the lady voiced against the use of plastic. She has been made as the goodwill ambassador for such cause by the UN. She joined the war on Twitter asking people to shun the use of plastic.
